Mark on the Howie Carr Show
Hello LIS friends,
Last Friday, I had the opportunity to spend some time of the radio. Howie Carr is an award-winning columnist for the Boston Herald and a talk show host for WRKO in Boston. His program is carried by 21 stations across the nation. Check his website and if his show is heard in your area, I urge you to tune in.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit - I fielded calls from the listeners and played Lost in Space trivia, the grand prize being an autographed Johnny Lightning Space Pod.
I'll also be attending the Taste of Boston festival at City Hall Plaza, Boston MA on September 20-21, 2003 as a guest of the radio station.
I hope to see all the New England fans at this event, or at October Chiller in New Jersey. Both events can be found on Ray's Calendar.
I'd also like to take a moment to congratulate Ray on the launch of the official Irwin Allen Fan Club. I expect great things from Mr. Dutczak, and I look forward to contributing!
